Monitoring apps and collaborative tools

WaterProtect will create or develop collaborative webtools and mobile apps that facilitate and more effectively implement farm management practices and measures for the protection of the drinking water sources.

The WaterProtect partners will build collaborative webtools for the Actionlabs that will help all local actors (farmers, environment agencies, drinking water producers, and others) to monitor the water quality, and to decide where to effectively implement management practices and measures for the protection of water sources. The webtools will include information from the participatory monitoring, landscape information, best management practices and their socio-economic benefits and costs.
